Deanna Jenkins

Deanna Jenkins is a healthcare leader with areas of expertise in data analytics, process improvement, project management, strategy, and innovation. Currently, she serves as a Business and Technology Associate Manager with Accenture’s Healthcare practice. In her role, Deanna provides support and leadership at various stages of the IT implementation process and modifying existing revenue cycle processes to drive clients towards successful recommendations. Her healthcare experience extends between business, government, and non-profit entities. Deanna has received several accolades, including Billy Penn’s “Who’s Next” in Health, Spelman College’s Inaugural “40 Under 40” cohort, City and State PA’s “Philly 40 under 40”, the 2020 Forum Award for Emerging Women Leaders and the Philadelphia Tribune’s 10 under 40 to Watch in 2020 Award. She was honored twice by the Philadelphia Business Journal for their 2019 Women of Distinction’s Rising Star honor and the 30th Anniversary 40 under 40 Award in 2020. In addition to her professional work, she also serves on several nonprofit boards in the Philadelphia area, including, Mental Health First Connect (MHFC), Youth Action, and Daughter’s Den. She is also member of the Delaware Valley (PA) chapter of the Links. Incorporated. Born and raised in the Philadelphia, Deanna graduated magna cum laude from Spelman with a B.A. in History and earned her M.S. in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
